This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes what you may and may not do with Splixia. It applies to all users, all content, and all features — including activities, tools, and MCP connectors. This AUP is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

This policy is organized into three tiers: absolute prohibitions, restricted use cases that require safeguards, and general guidelines.

1. Prohibited Use (Never Allowed)

The following uses of Splixia are strictly prohibited. No exception, regardless of intent or context.

1.1 Illegal Content and Activities

• Generating, storing, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors
• Content that facilitates terrorism, human trafficking, drug trafficking, or money laundering
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction

1.2 Weapons and Dangerous Materials

• Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, chemical agents, biological agents, or other materials designed to cause mass harm
• Content that facilitates attacks on critical infrastructure (power grids, water systems, transportation, healthcare systems)

1.3 Harassment and Violence

• Content designed to harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, or stalk any individual
• Content that incites violence against any person or group
• Non-consensual intimate imagery of any kind
• Content that promotes self-harm or suicide

1.4 Hate and Discrimination

• Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or other protected characteristics

1.5 Fraud and Deception

• Impersonation of real individuals, organizations, or AI systems
• Phishing, scams, or social engineering attacks
• Generating fraudulent documents, credentials, or identification
• Creating misinformation or disinformation designed to deceive at scale

1.6 System Abuse

• Attempting to circumvent safety filters, content moderation, rate limits, credit caps, or any technical restrictions
• Using prompt injection techniques to manipulate the AI into bypassing its instructions or safety guidelines
• Attempting to extract, reverse-engineer, or reconstruct system prompts, model weights, or internal logic
• Interfering with the Service's operation, security, or infrastructure
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, limits, or billing restrictions
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the Service

1.7 Intellectual Property Abuse

• Systematic reproduction or extraction of copyrighted works
• Using the Service to build datasets, train models, or create competing products through automated extraction

2. Restricted Use (Allowed with Safeguards)

The following use cases are permitted only with appropriate safeguards. These are domains where AI can be helpful but where errors carry significant consequences. In all cases: the AI assists, a qualified human decides.

2.1 Medical and Health

You may use Splixia for general wellness information (nutrition, sleep, exercise), health research, and organizing medical notes. You must not use AI outputs as the sole basis for medical diagnoses, treatment decisions, or medication changes. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.

2.2 Legal

You may use Splixia for legal research, drafting initial documents, and understanding legal concepts. You must not use AI outputs as a substitute for qualified legal counsel, especially for legal filings, contracts with material consequences, or advice in adversarial proceedings.

2.3 Financial

You may use Splixia for financial analysis, budgeting, and research. You must not use AI outputs as the sole basis for investment decisions, tax filings, or financial advice to others. Always verify financial data independently.

2.4 Autonomous Activities with External Actions

When using autonomous activities that interact with external systems through MCP connectors or custom tools:

• Enable tool confirmation for actions that have real-world consequences (sending messages, modifying data, making purchases)
• Review autonomous activity outputs before acting on them
• Do not deploy autonomous activities to take irreversible actions (financial transactions, communications to third parties, system modifications) without confirmation safeguards

2.5 Content Presented to Others

When using AI-generated content in contexts where others will rely on it (articles, reports, educational materials, professional communications):

• Review all AI outputs for accuracy before publication
• Disclose AI involvement where legally required or ethically expected
• Do not present AI-generated content as entirely human-created in academic submissions, official filings, or professional certifications

3. General Guidelines

3.1 MCP Connectors and Custom Tools

When you connect external services via MCP or create custom tools, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring the external service complies with applicable laws and its own terms of service
• Not connecting to services that would be used to violate this AUP
• Understanding that custom tool code runs in a sandboxed environment — attempts to escape the sandbox, access system resources, or target private networks are prohibited

3.2 Shared Repositories

Repository owners and admins are responsible for the content and behavior within their shared repositories. This includes ensuring all members comply with this AUP. We may take action against individual members, entire repositories, or both.

3.3 Responsible Use

• Treat the AI as a tool, not an authority — verify important information independently
• Be mindful of credit consumption, especially with autonomous activities that may run extended workflows
• Report bugs, vulnerabilities, or unexpected AI behavior to info@innovablast.com rather than exploiting them

4. Enforcement

We may take any of the following actions if we determine, at our reasonable discretion, that a violation has occurred:

• Issue a warning with details of the violation
• Remove or disable access to specific content
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently terminate your account
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities

Where possible, we will notify you of the violation and the action taken before or at the time of enforcement. Severe violations (Tier 1 — illegal content, imminent harm) may result in immediate action without prior notice.

5. Reporting

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, report it to info@innovablast.com. Include the activity or content in question and any relevant details. We investigate all reports and will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP to address new risks, legal requirements, or product capabilities. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance.
